How it works
How It Works
Three steps: a free screening form, a real appointment with a professional licensed in your state, and then their decision. You pay nothing until they approve you, and your PDF arrives within 10 minutes of that approval.
The 3 Steps
- 01
Fill out the screening form
5 minutes
A few questions about how you feel, where you live, and your pet. It tells you if a visit is worth paying for before you pay for one.
- 02
Talk to a licensed pro
20 minutes, by video or phone
A real visit with someone licensed in your state. They ask about your history, your symptoms, and how your pet helps you.
- 03
Get the answer
PDF within 10 minutes of approval
If they approve you, your signed letter reaches your inbox as a PDF within 10 minutes — in every state. If they don't, you are never charged. The call is theirs to make, not ours to sell.

You are charged only after a provider approves you. No subscription, and nothing renews.

What happens right after I pay?
You pick an appointment slot with a professional licensed in your state. Most people are seen within a couple of days, though it depends on availability where you live.
Is the appointment a real appointment?
Yes. It's a 20-minute visit by video or phone with a licensed professional who asks about your history, your symptoms, and how your animal helps. A form with an instant answer is not an evaluation, and a letter produced that way can be rejected.
How do I get the letter?
As a PDF by email, usually 10 minutes of approval after your visit. Ask and we'll also mail a printed original at no extra cost.
What if I need it faster?
Delivery is already immediate — your signed PDF is emailed within 10 minutes of your provider approving you, in every state. The only thing that sets your overall timeline is how soon you can get an appointment, so book the earliest slot you can make.
