What We Do

We connect you with mental health professionals licensed in your state. Those professionals decide, on their own, whether to recommend an emotional support animal or document a psychiatric service dog.

We are a technology and scheduling service. We do not practice medicine, we do not diagnose anyone, and we do not write or sign letters ourselves.

What We Do Not Promise

Paying us is not the same as getting a letter. The professional you meet makes an independent decision. If they decide a support animal is not appropriate for you, no letter is written, and our Refund Policy applies.

We do not promise that any landlord, housing provider, airline, or business will accept a letter. We are not a law firm and nothing on this site is legal advice.

Your Responsibilities

• Give accurate information about yourself, your health, and your animal
• Be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian involved
• Use any letter you receive honestly
• Follow your state and local laws about animals

Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a crime in many states. If you give us false information, we may cancel your order without a refund.

Payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page and are charged once, at the time of purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Intellectual Property

The text, design, and code on this site belong to us. You may not copy or republish them without written permission.

Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including a denied housing request. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. [Confirm this cap with your lawyer — some states limit what you can disclaim.]

Governing Law and Disputes
