We'd rather show you nothing than show you something we made up. Every review on this page will come from a real customer who agreed to have it published, and we'll publish the unflattering ones too.

Meanwhile, judge us on things you can check: our refund policy, our editorial policy, and whether our pricing is stated plainly.

How to Spot Fake ESA Reviews

  • Dozens of reviews posted within the same few days
  • Every rating a perfect five, with no criticism anywhere
  • Stock photos next to first-name-only reviewers
  • Praise for a letter issued with no appointment or evaluation at all
  • Reviews that read like ad copy instead of like a person
  • No way to leave a review yourself

Reviews FAQs

Why are there no reviews on this page yet?

Because we would rather show none than show invented ones. Fake reviews break FTC rules, and a wall of identical five-star praise on a site like this is usually a sign the reviews aren't real. Real ones will appear here as customers leave them.

How can I tell if another site's ESA reviews are real?

Look for specifics: a state, a timeline, a mention of something that went wrong. Look for less than perfect ratings. Be suspicious of dozens of reviews posted the same week, of stock photos next to names, and of reviews praising a letter that arrived with no appointment or evaluation behind it.

Can I leave a review?

Yes, please do, and be honest. Email support@onlineesaletter.com and say whether we can use your first name and state. We publish criticism as well as praise, and we don't edit reviews for tone.
